2026 Annual Planning Retreat
Angel Flight West’s 2026 Annual Planning Retreat will be held February 5–7, 2026 at The Hub at Alaska Airlines in Seattle, Washington.
We invite you to gather with wing leaders, board members, staff, and fellow volunteers for a meaningful few days focused on connection, learning, and shared purpose. Participants are welcome to attend our Board Meeting, where we’ll provide updates on New Horizons, AFW’s strategic plan for the future.
The retreat will also spotlight our new Ground Crew volunteer program — offering meaningful, non-flying ways to support Angel Flight West and the volunteer pilots who make every mission possible. By growing this support base, we can better identify and recruit passengers in need, increase community awareness, and provide vital support across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Participants will have opportunities to help shape how we recruit, welcome, and engage Ground Crew members across the region. Additional sessions will highlight organizational priorities, key updates, and initiatives on the horizon.

While AFW’s hotel block has closed, rooms are still available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport at similar rates as of now.
