Free Medical and Compassion Flights with Angel Flight West

If you need to travel within Alaska or to the lower 48 for medical treatment, but the cost of airline tickets is a financial burden, Angel Flight West may be able to assist you with donated tickets from Alaska Airlines.

Many of the people we help have used up the travel benefits provided by Alaska Medicaid. We can often assist with tickets for additional trips for additional people.
