Thanks to the overwhelming support we had for our race across the country and on the runway last year, we are proud to announce that the Angel Flight West Run for the Angels will be both a virtual and in-person race again this year!
What is a virtual race? A virtual race is a race that eliminates large gatherings and follows social distancing guidelines. It can be run (or walked) in any location you choose, whether in your own neighborhood, on your treadmill, or in the hallways of any venue you can imagine. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself, any time between 10/22/2021 9:00 am and 10/31/2021 11:59 pm. You will upload your time and be placed in the virtual race standings based on your age.
Every adult registration from California and Colorado is entered in a free opportunity drawing for Two Round-TripTickets on Alaska Airlines valid through 2023. (Must enter valid CA or CO address to enter)
Virtual race start time: Saturday, October 22 at 9:00 a.m. Your time needs to be submitted by October 31 at 11:59 p.m. MST.
Virtual FLY-K: Fly the pattern while getting your required takeoffs and landings! Fly between October 22 and October 31 and tag us on social media with #RunAngelRun2022. View the flight pattern here!
