Friday, February 2 – Museum of Flight
9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – AFW Board Meeting (all welcome)
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Lunch & Special Guest Speaker
1:30 p.m. – 5:15 PM – Retreat Session, including 2023 Lessons Learned & Tech Audit Updates
6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – Cocktail Reception at Museum of Flight
Saturday, February 3 – Alaska Airlines, “The Hub”
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Retreat Session, including 2024 Initiatives & Goals
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Lunch & Special Guest Speaker
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Retreat Session, including Vision Planning & 3–5-year Goals
5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – Alaska Airlines VIP Tour of Operation Center
6:00 p.m. – Informal & Optional No-Host Social Event (TBA)
