This year’s safety seminar will be led by Bruce Williams, a flight instructor, aviation writer, and former Microsoft manager who played major roles in the company’s highly successful Flight Simulator programs. Bruce will be doing a talk titled ““A Recipe for IFR Flight,” based on a recent AOPA article Recipe for IFR Flight.
