When you join forces with Angel Flight West (AFW), you’ll change lives by flying patients to essential medical care. You choose when and how often you fly.
Meet our young passenger Stetson from Kalispell, Montana. Stetson was born neurofibromatosis, or NF1, a genetic mutation that causes tumors to grow under the skin and on nerves, often leading to health problems affecting other parts of the body.
Since 2021, AFW’s volunteer pilots have helped him access his essential care at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. His mother Tatyana says, “We wouldn’t be able to go to Stetson’s specialists without Angel Flight West. These pilots are part of our village.”

There is no quota of flights to meet — and our passengers understand Angel Flight West can’t always guarantee a particular service. Cancellation, for any reason, is always your choice.
Many of our pilots rent their aircraft. Although Angel Flight West pilots are able to live anywhere, our flights cross only the western United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
