Dear Angel Flight West Community,
I am honored and humbled to step into the role of Executive Director of Angel Flight West. The past eight years serving as AFW’s Development Director has been a true blessing. The experience has been a prime launching point where I’ve had the opportunity to build close relationships that support and fuel this incredible mission forward.
As I take on this elevated responsibility, I do so with deep appreciation for the dedicated community that makes our mission possible — our generous volunteers, supporters, valued partners, hardworking team members, and, above all, the passengers and individuals we serve.
I’m also deeply grateful to our Board of Directors for their trust and confidence in my ability to lead this organization forward. It’s a privilege to carry this responsibility, and I do so with a full heart and a deep commitment to our mission.
Health care is a universal need that connects us all — whether it’s our own, a family member’s, or a friend’s. It transcends circumstances, reminding us of our shared humanity. That’s what makes every mission and flight arranged by Angel Flight West so deeply personal and powerful. No matter where we are in life, we all understand the importance of access to care and the relief that comes with knowing help is within reach. At its core, AFW is about people helping people in their most vulnerable moments, and I can’t imagine a more meaningful way to make a difference.
Angel Flight West is built on compassion, generosity, and a shared commitment to helping others in times of need. Every flight we coordinate, every mile flown, and every life touched is a testament to the power of this extraordinary network of people who believe in giving back. I’m grateful to be part of this mission and to continue the legacy of those who have led before me.
Looking ahead, I’m excited about the future of Angel Flight West. Together, we’ll strengthen our impact, reach even more people in need, and continue fostering a community of kindness and service. I look forward to working alongside each of you as we soar to new heights.
