As the Chief Executive Officer for jetAVIVA, Emily (Weber) Deaton leads one of the largest private jet sales organizations in the world as measured by total annual transaction volume. Deaton joined jetAVIVA in early 2019 and helped to lead jetAVIVA to two record-breaking sales years in 2020 and 2021. Prior to joining jetAVIVA, Deaton held leadership positions in CRM Strategy and Customer Experience at Embraer Executive Jets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida Gainesville and is active in the International Aviation Women’s Association and National Business Aviation Association.
