Zach Spear is a practicing attorney and litigator at the law firm of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP in Century City, focusing on litigating employment disputes primarily for clients in the entertainment industry. Previously he was an associate at Buchalter, where he litigated a wide range of matters and counseled start-ups in both the aviation and healthcare sectors. A former minor-league baseball play-by-play broadcaster, he graduated in the top 11 percent of his class at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Northwestern University. The owner and operator of a Mooney MSE, Zach is an Angel Flight West volunteer pilot and also a sustaining member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association.
