We’re excited to introduce Michelle Duong-Rosas as Angel Flight West’s New Senior Development Manager!
Michelle is an operations and program management professional with experience across the nonprofit and higher education sectors. Most recently, she served as Operations Manager at the USC Marshall School of Business, supporting the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and the Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab — where she managed donor-funded program budgets totaling more than $3.3 million and administered over $300,000 in competitive awards to student and alumni entrepreneurs.
Prior to USC, she worked at Human Options, a domestic violence nonprofit in Orange County, further grounding her in mission-driven service and community impact. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Social Change and Innovation from the University of Southern California. She is drawn to the intersection of operations and mission, where strong systems directly support the people an organization serves.
In her free time, Michelle can be found hunting down the perfect matcha latte with her husband, followed closely by cuddles with her corgi, Archie.
We’re thrilled to have Michelle join the AFW team!
